BROCCOLI - SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. frozen spinach
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 eggs
4 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Crushed cheese crackers
Butter

Cook broccoli and spinach in 1 1/2 cups of water for 5 minutes. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients, except the crackers and butter. Pour into rectangular baking pan. Top with the crackers; then, dot with the butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
