SPINACH BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cook broccoli and spinach; drain well. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
