SPINACH-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 box frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 box chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1/3 stick butter

Mix soup, mayonnaise, egg, and onion. Pour over spinach and broccoli. Top with cheese. Top that with the stuffing mix which has been mixed with butter. Bake 30-40 minutes in 8 x 8 inch casserole dish at 350 degrees.
