SPINACH & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook spinach and broccoli until done. Drain well. Stir in sour cream and onion soup mix. Stir well. Season to taste. Place in casserole dish and cover and bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
