GYPSY STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Pepper, dash

SOUR CREAM SAUCE:

1 pkg. dried onion mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3/4 c. catsup
2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Prepare in morning. Combine ingredients for meatballs. Mix well, cover and store in refrigerator. Combine ingredients for sour cream sauce. Cover and store in refrigerator. At meal time, form 2 inch meatballs (16-20) and brown in skillet in a small amount of fat. Reduce heat, drain excess fat and add sour cream sauce. Simmer over very low heat for 15-20 minutes. Makes 8-10 servings.
