BROCCOLI AND CHEDDAR DIP | |
1 env. Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix 16 oz. sour cream 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (or spinach) thawed and squeezed dry 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.) In 1 quart casserole dish, combine soup mix, sour cream, broccoli and 3/4 cup cheese until smooth. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 3 cups. |
