SNOWBALL CAKE | |
2 env. Knox gelatin 2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip 1 med. angel food cake 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 1 c. boiling water Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons cold water. Add lemon juice, sugar and boiling water. Add pineapple and let stand until it starts to jell. Fold about 3/4 of the Cool Whip into mixture. Break cake into small pieces in large bowl. Pour mixture over cake and stir well. Put lightly into 9 x 12 inch pan and let stand several hours. Add remaining Cool Whip on top and serve. |
