SNOWBALL CAKE 
2 env. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 2 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
16 oz. can crushed pineapple, juice and all
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 env. Dream Whip
1 angel food cake, broken into very small pieces

Add boiling water, crushed pineapple and juice to gelatin dissolved in cold water. Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix and place in refrigerator until partly jelled. Whip Dream Whip. Add to partly jelled mixture and toss. Line 13 x 9 inch baking dish (other pans may be used) with waxed paper. Place a layer of cake pieces and spread half Dream Whip mixture. Another layer of cake pieces and spread with other half of Dream Whip, ending with cake pieces on top. Put into refrigerator overnight; covered. The next day frost with 2 envelopes whipped Dream Whip, tossed with 1 can flaked coconut.
