CORN SOUFFLE 
1 c. sour cream
1 beaten egg
1 can cream corn
1 can corn
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. dill weed

Mix and pour in 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
