APPLE CRUNCH 
#1:

3 cups sliced apples
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
a little bit of cinnamon
a little bit of salt

#2:

3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix #1 well and pour in pan and top with #2 mixture.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 350°F.
