APPLE CRUNCH 
3 c. cooked apples
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 stick butter, melted

Mix apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.

Serves 8 to 10 people.
