WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
3 c. granulated sugar 3/4 c. butter 2/3 c. Half and Half 12 oz. white chocolate 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream 1 c. coconut 1 c. chopped toasted almonds In large heavy saucepan, combine sugar, butter, Half and Half. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue stirring and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cool. Cut into squares if desired. Decorate with pieces of red and green cherries to resemble holly. Yield: 45 pieces. |
