CARAMEL POPCORN - MICROWAVE 
1 lb. box brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 qt. popped popcorn
1 c. peanuts, if desired

In a 4 quart microwave dish, place brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, water and salt. Put in microwave and cook on high for 12 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Add baking soda. Pour over popcorn and peanuts. Toss. Spread over foil to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
