CARAMEL POPCORN (Microwave) 
4 qt. popcorn (popped), don't salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter (butter)
1/4 c. light corn syrup (white)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix sugar, butter, syrup and salt together. Microwave for 2 minutes; stir. Microwave again. let boil for 3 minutes. Take out of microwave and add soda and stir.

Place popcorn in paper sack. Add the above mixture; stir well. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Take out, stir well. Repeat. Take out and tear bag open and spread popcorn on bag. Let cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
