MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 qts. popped corn

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt in a bowl. Microwave on high until mixture begins to boil. Microwave 2 minutes longer. Stir in baking soda. Pour syrup over corn in large plastic bowl. Microwave 1 more minute. Place on waxed paper and cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
