COUNTRY - BAKED TURKEY 
1 turkey
Salt to taste
1 recipe stuffing
Melted butter

Season the body and neck cavities of turkey with salt and fill with stuffing. Secure openings. Place the turkey on a rack in a roasting pan, breast side up. Brush with butter and cover neck cavity with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, basting turkey with pan drippings, then cover with lid or foil. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake until turkey is tender.
