MEXICAN CAKE 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda (mix soda with flour)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs (beat eggs and sugar until creamy)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

Mix all together and add 1 cup nuts. Bake in 9 x 12 pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Ice when cake is cooled.
