PEACH CRUMBLE 
3 1/2 c. sliced peaches
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. melted butter

Arrange peaches in the bottom of baking dish. Combine 2/3 cups sugar with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle over fruit. Then combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt and egg. Combine ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over fruit. Then pour over melted butter.

Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes, until golden brown.
