PEACH CRUMBLE 
8 sliced fresh peaches
1 c. brown or white sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/4 c. butter

Arrange peach slices in 8x8 inch buttered pan and sprinkle with lemon juice. Blend rest of ingredients as for pie crust, until crumbly and sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with ice cream or whipped cream.
