FRESH PEACH CRUMBLE 
4 peaches
2 tbsp. sugar

TOPPING:

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup flavored oatmeal of your liking (I used maple brown sugar oatmeal to make it sweet)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash and cut the peaches.

Add sugar and put them in a baking pan. Combine the dry topping ingredients (not the butter), and coat the peaches with it. Slice butter into even chunks then cover the top with butter.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
