PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 stick pepperoni (cut in pieces)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese (cubed)
1 c. provalone cheese (cubed)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 egg, beaten
Pepper, parsley

Mix all above ingredients together.

1 loaf frozen or fresh bread dough

Raise dough according to directions, divide in half. Roll or stretch to size of French bread, stuff with cheese/meat mixture. Bake 375 for 30 minutes, cool slightly. Cut in slices and serve. Makes 2 loaves.
