PEPPERONI BREAD | |
3/4 lb. slicing Provalone 1 stick pepperoni, sliced 4-5 fresh green peppers 1 med. onion 2 lbs. pizza dough 3 tbsp. olive oil Clean and cut peppers and onions in strips. Fry in olive oil. Let cool. Spread dough out in shallow pan (18x12 inch jelly roll pan). Oil dough with olive oil to keep from sticking. In center of dough, lengthwise, place pepperoni, Provalone and then peppers and onion. Top with another layer of Provalone. Overlap dough lengthwise, one side over the other and seal top of dough. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes or until golden brown. |
