PIZZA BREAD 
1 loaf frozen white bread dough
2 egg whites
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Romano cheese
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni slices

Thaw bread dough in refrigerator overnight. Let rise slightly. Press into 9x12 inch rectangle.

Beat 2 egg whites until frothy; spread over rolled-out dough. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Romano cheese. Cut pepperoni slices in fourths, and layer on cheese. Roll very tightly like a jelly roll. Pinch edges and ends to seal. Place on greased baking sheet; let stand for about 1 hour.

Bake in 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes. Remove from oven; spread with butter. Can be frozen. Reheat when needed.
