TUNA-CHIP CASSEROLE 
2 c. crushed potato chips
3/4 c. undiluted morning milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 c. uncooked noodles, then cooked
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. minced onion
2 cans well-drained tuna
2 chopped hard eggs
1/2 c. diced celery
2 cans mushroom soup
Red pimento

Line casserole with half potato chips. Blend together morning milk, lemon juice, mayonnaise, seasonings, and soup. Add onion, tuna, and celery to mayonnaise mixture. Pour into casserole. Garnish with egg and pimento strips or you can top with remaining chips but it makes it quite salt. Bake at 350 degrees, 35 minutes.
