TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. noodles
1 can tuna, grated or chunk
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. potato chips
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion

Cook noodles until tender. Drain and set aside. Break tuna into pieces into a greased baking dish. Put a layer of noodles and a layer or tuna, alternate until all is used. Place sauteed onion on top of tuna. Pour 1 can of mushroom soup over all. Crush potato chips on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes.

This is one of the first recipes I learned to make after I was married! Instead of noodles, I was told to use layers of thin sliced white potatoes, the tuna and the mushroom soup ending with potato chips. Bake at 350°F for one hour. We enjoyed this version.
