BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker crust

FILLING:

2 eggs, well beaten
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 sm. Cool Whip

Cheese Filling: Mix all ingredients together and spread over cracker crust. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool completely. Add 1 can blueberry pie filling to pie, cover with Cool Whip.

To make filling from fresh berries: Cook 3 to 4 cups berries, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 3 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/2 cup water until thick. Cool.
