BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 lb. melted butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1 can blueberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour spring pan.

Cream together cream cheese and cottage cheese. Blend in the rest of the ingredients except blueberries. Pour into spring pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave closed for 2 hours. Remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Top with blueberries and serve.
