BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. graham crackers
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can blueberry pie filling

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Pack graham crackers evenly on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix with beaten cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Spread on crust and bake 20 to 30 minutes. Combine blueberry mix and lemon juice. Heat to a simmer, cool, then spread over cheese cake. Cool.
