MAIN DISH FETTUCINI 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch chopped scallions
1 sm. basket mushrooms, sliced
Thin strips of ham
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Seasonings: Parsley, oregano, garlic, salt & pepper to taste
1 box green & white fettucini noodles

While water boils for noodles, saute scallions, mushrooms and ham strips in the olive oil. Add cream, Parmesan cheese and seasonings and heat through. Cook noodles according to directions, drain well and put in a bowl. Pour mixture on top and mix through. This serves approximately 6 people.
