CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. milk
1 fryer, remove from bone after boiling
2 c. cooked rice

Saute onion in butter. Add broccoli and saute. Add soup, cheese, and milk; cook over low heat until everything melts. Add chicken and rice. Salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture into casserole and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly or light brown.
