BLUEBERRY JAM 
2 c. blueberries
24 pitted dates (1/3 lb.)

Blenderize blueberries. Add dates, a few at a time. Blenderize until smooth. Put in jars. May be kept up to 3 days if refrigerated. Other jams can be made, substituting other fruit for the blueberries: Strawberries, peaches, apples, etc. Makes 1 pound or 1 1/2 cups.
