BLUEBERRY JAM 
2 qts. ripe blueberries
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 inch stick cinnamon

Wash berries and place in a large pan. Crush about 1/4 of the berries. Boil rapidly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Boil rapidly, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and syrupy. Remove from heat. Pour in clean, sterile jars, seal.
