SPICED BLUEBERRY JAM 
1 1/2 qts. blueberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 box powdered pectin
1/2 tsp. cloves
Cinnamon & allspice
5 c. sugar

Wash and crush berries, measure 4 cups and put in kettle. Add the lemon juice, pectin and the spices. Mix. Bring to a hard boil over high heat always stirring. At once stir in the 5 cups sugar. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard one minute, always stirring. Take off heat and skim 5 minutes. Pour into glasses and cover with 1/8" paraffin. Fills about 9 medium glasses.
