BLUEBERRY JAM 
6 pt. fresh blueberries
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6 c. sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Certo

In large non aluminum pot, combine the ingredients except the Certo, make sure the pot is no more than 1/3 full.

Bring to a full boil and cook over high heat, stirring constantly with a stainless steel spoon, for 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Stir in Certo.

Prepare 8 to 10 (8 oz.) glass canning jars and fill and seal with paraffin wax.
