BLUEBERRY JAM 
2 1/2 c. fresh or dry pack frozen blueberries
3 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 (3 oz.) bottle fruit pectin

Wash blueberries and put in enamel or stainless steel pan. Crush in pan. Add sugar and fruit juice. Mix well. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in pectin. Seal in hot sterilized jars. Refrigerate after cool. Makes 3 cups.
