ITALIAN DROP COOKIES 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. anise or lemon flavoring
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix sugar, cooking oil, eggs, and flavoring with mixer. Add flour and baking powder. Drop dough by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. DON'T OVER BAKE. Mix a frosting of powdered sugar and flavoring and frost each cookie.
