DIJON GREEN BEANS | |
1 lb. green beans, ends trimmed 3 tbsp. butter 4 tsp. country-style Dijon mustard Freshly ground black pepper to taste Cut the green beans in halves, or in thirds if very long. Bring a pan of water to boiling; add the beans and cook 5-7 minutes. Test for tenderness. |
