YAM AND SAUSAGE SKILLET 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. brown and serve sausage links
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can yams (drained)
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks (drained)

In large skillet, brown sausage as directed on package. Remove sausage. In same skillet, combine gelatin with 1/2 cup water and next 8 ingredients. Heat, stirring constantly until mixture is boiling. Add yams and pineapple. Reduce heat and simmer gently 15 minutes, basting often with sauces. Add sausage; continue to cook, basting frequently for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4 or 5.
