SHRIMP DIP 
2 lb. boiled shrimp, coarsely chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
10 green onions, chopped fine
Mayonnaise
Hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Soften cream cheese with lemon juice. Add shrimp and green onions to cream cheese mixture. Add enough mayonnaise to give a consistency of dipping potato chips or crackers. Season with hot sauce if desired. Much better if made 8 hours prior to serving time. Add more seasoning, if necessary. If it is too thick when cold, add a little milk.
