SHEEP HERDERS DIP 
1 1/2 lbs. Basque Sheep Herder loaf
4 (8 oz.) soft Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 pkgs. sm. shrimp
2 pkgs. crab
1 bunch green onions
1 cupful Lea & Perrins
Lawry season salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Hollow out loaf. Reserve for dipping and make lid out of top. Mix all of the above together, put inside loaf of bread. Put lid back on, wrap in foil, put in pie plate, then on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hour. Rotate pan every so often.
