HOT SHRIMP DIP 
3 tbsp. oil
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 bottle chili sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 chopped hot peppers
Salt and pepper
1 can shrimp
1/4 tsp. curry powder

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, hot peppers, salt and pepper. Cook until thick. Add shrimp and curry powder. Keep hot and serve with chips, fresh vegetables or crackers.
