SHRIMP AND CRAB MOUSSE | |
1 can mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 env. unflavored gelatin 1/3 c. cold water 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. finely chopped onions 1 can tiny shrimp, drained 1 (6 oz.) pkg. crab meat 1/2 tsp. celery salt, optional In large saucepan heat soup and cheese until smooth. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to saucepan. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in mayonnaise. Add onions, shrimp, crab and celery salt. Pour into oiled mold and chill several hours. Serve with crackers. |
