SHRIMP AND CRAB MOUSSE 
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/3 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 can tiny shrimp, drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. crab meat
1/2 tsp. celery salt, optional

In large saucepan heat soup and cheese until smooth. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to saucepan. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in mayonnaise. Add onions, shrimp, crab and celery salt.

Pour into oiled mold and chill several hours. Serve with crackers.

This recipe is fantastic. I've been making it for years, always the first thing gone! Just a couple things I do different is omit the gelatin (makes it creamy). And instead of regular onion, I use green onion. I use a bowl instead of a mold. (If you want to use a mold then you have to use gelatin. I use to use gelatin, but my company preferred it without. Creamy and smooth to dip a cracker in it.
