CRAB OR SHRIMP MOUSSE 
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. onions, minced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 sm. can crab or shrimp, drained & rinsed

Heat soup until bubbles. Remove from heat. Mix gelatin and water. Add to soup. Mix cheese and mayonnaise. Add to soup mixture. Stir in vegetables and seafood. Pour into mold and chill for several hours. Serve with crackers, etc.
