WHAT A CRAB! (CRAB MEAT MOUSSE) 
1 can crab meat
2 pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Knox plain gelatin
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions

Mix cheese, soup, gelatin, celery and onions. Blend in crab meat. Serve in shape of fish, using carrot slices for eyes. Serve with Triscuits or your favorite crackers.
