CRAB SHRIMP MOUSSE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. (1 pkg.) gelatin, optional
6 to 8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 green onion
2 sm. cans shrimp or crab
1 c. mayonnaise

Heat mushroom soup. Add gelatin. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. Add celery, onion, shrimp and mayonnaise. Mold after set, place on plate lined with lettuce leaves. Will take about 6 hours in the refrigerator to set good.
