CRAB OR SHRIMP MOUSSE 
1 can mushroom soup
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 sm. onion, grated
7 oz. shrimp or crab meat

Mix cheese well with mayonnaise. Warm undiluted soup. Dissolve gelatin in tbsp. of cold water. Add to warm soup. Add cheese and mayonnaise. Add all other ingredients. Put in oiled mold to set.
