CANDY CARROTS | |
1 bunch of carrots, cleaned and sliced 1/2 cup brown sugar 4 slices bacon 1 small onion, chopped Clean and slice one bunch of carrots and chop one small onion. In a skillet, sauté bacon until crisp, remove. Add carrots, chopped onion and brown sugar to bacon drippings. You may add a little water, if needed.
