BEST GRAPENUT PUDDING 
5 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. hot milk
1/2 Grapenut cereal
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and nutmeg. Add hot milk and grapenuts and pour into a casserole. Bake at 325 degrees in a dish of hot water for 50 to 60 minutes or when a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
