GRAPENUT PUDDING

1 1/2 c. sugar
3-4 eggs
2 tbsp. Grapenuts
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. cornstarch

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Combine the first 8 ingredients and stir.
