ORIENTAL BEEF AND PEPPERS 
1 lb. round steak, sliced thin
2 lg. green peppers, sliced thin
1/2 c. peanuts (optional)
1/4 c. oyster sauce
3 tbsp. peanut oil
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Add the peanut oil to a wok that has been pre-heated. Add sliced peppers and stir fry quickly. Remove to platter. Add sliced beef to the wok. Stir fry quickly until meat turns brown. Add sesame oil, brown sugar and add peppers again. Add oyster sauce and peanuts. Stir quickly and put on serving platter. Serve over rice. This can be made with broccoli instead of green peppers.
